PlanserPlanser
You never plan again

For people with 7 classes, 2 clubs, and a game on Thursday.

Drop a screenshot of your schedule, or just type your week. Planser builds your day around it.

You talk

Type your week like you’d text a friend, or drop in a photo of the schedule on the fridge.

It builds

Classes and practice stay put; homework and studying settle into the gaps between them.

It keeps it true

When practice runs long, the rest of the evening moves with it.

Your stuff stays yours. No ads, ever.

What it actually does

It’s a planner you text — you never fill it out.

Talk, don't type

Text it like you'd text a friend — “bio test Friday, essay Tuesday, practice at 5.” No new-event button, no dragging blocks around.

Screenshot your schedule

Drop in a photo of your class schedule and Planser reads every class, time, and day off it.

It places your homework

Classes and practice stay fixed. Homework and studying get slotted into the real gaps around them — the part a normal calendar leaves for you to figure out.

Always current

Practice runs long, a test gets added — open Planser and the day has already re-laid itself around it.

Honest when it's a lot

When the work genuinely won't fit, Planser says so instead of quietly overbooking you.

Made for school life

Classes, tests, practice, clubs, shifts — it speaks student, not corporate productivity.

The flagship

It decides your day, and engineers your goals.

Talk to it about what you’re actually after — varsity tryouts, the SAT, a six-minute mile, shipping your side project — and Planser turns it into a real program: what actually works, cited, walked through before anything touches your calendar.

You say the outcome

Not the steps — the goal. “Get me ready for regionals by October” is enough to start.

It researches, out loud

Real sources, cited — training science, test-prep research, whatever the goal calls for — so you can check its work.

You approve the plan

A walkthrough, not a wall of text. Change anything before it ever touches your calendar.

It lives on your calendar

Milestones and sessions land as real time, and adjust as results come in — a slow week reshapes the plan, it doesn't guilt you over it.

Works past school — anything with a deadline and a version of you on the other side of it.

The rest of the picture

It doesn’t stop at building today.

However it lands, it's in.

Forward an email, connect Canvas or Schoology, drop in a screenshot, or just text it — you never open a form to tell Planser something happened.

It keeps up while you're not looking.

A background agent catches slippage, replans around what changed, and checks in once or twice a day at most — never a wall of pings.

It learns you.

Every block that resolves — done, rolled, shrunk — quietly sharpens its sense of how long your stuff actually takes. It nudges your own estimate closer to reality; it never overrides you.

Today exact. Two weeks real. The rest, mapped.

Today is exact clock times. The next two weeks are real placements around your deadlines. Program milestones further out hold the shape without pretending to know your Tuesday in November.

Built for a real week

Not just homework — your actual week.

  • Recurring classes — tell it “school 8 to 3, Monday to Friday” once, and it's just there every day.
  • Due dates that turn into work — assignments get slotted in before they're due, not left for the night before.
  • A test can turn into study time — tell it about a test and it can turn that into blocks earlier in the week, not just a reminder the day of.
  • Practice, clubs, shifts, appointments — your real week, not a to-do list pretending to be a calendar.

What that looks like

You type

“I have school 8–3 every day”

→ school lands as a fixed block, every weekday, without you touching it again.

You type

“essay due Tuesday, bio test Friday”

→ the essay gets slotted in before Tuesday, and study time for the test lands earlier in the week, all around school.

Not vibes

Every scheduling call it makes traces back to a cited study.

Planser reasons from real research on learning and how teenagers actually get work done — spaced practice beats cramming, homework has a real overload ceiling, willpower isn’t a tank that drains. When a debunked idea shows up — the 25-minute Pomodoro, “eat the frog,” ego depletion — Planser is built to leave it out, on purpose. Tap any block to see which study is behind it.

Grounded in the research, never trained on it. The principles Planser schedules by were checked against a corpus of 33,000+ peer-reviewed papers, and each one names its source.

Questions, answered

Is it free?

Yes. Everything is unlocked during beta — no card, no trial clock.

Do I have to enter how long things take?

No. Planser infers a reasonable estimate from what you tell it — you can correct it if it's off, but there's no form to fill out.

What happens when my schedule changes?

Tell it — “practice moved to 6” — and it re-lays the rest of your day around that. Nothing piles up as a red overdue list.

Is my data private?

Your schedule is yours. You can delete everything, anytime, from settings.

What's a Program?

Set a goal — make varsity, hit a test score, learn guitar — and Planser researches a grounded plan, walks you through it, then keeps it synced to your calendar as you go.

Will it text me constantly?

No. At most one or two check-ins a day, only when there's something worth a decision — never a running notification feed.

Does it work with Canvas or Schoology?

Connect them, or just forward an email — either way, you never retype a syllabus by hand.

You never plan again.

Tell Planser your week. It decides your day, and engineers your goals.
